LCWW Fusion 2025: A Grand Celebration of Art, Literature and Cultural Harmony

Lucknow: The much-anticipated annual event of Lucknow Connection Worldwide (LCWW) — “LCWW Fusion 2025” — lit up the Gautam Buddha Research Auditorium in Gomtinagar with a spectacular showcase of Lucknow’s syncretic culture, literature, and musical brilliance. The evening stood as a tribute to creativity, community, and the timeless Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb that unites people across the world.

The event began with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony graced by eminent guests including Meenu Khare, former Program Head, All India Radio; Padma Gidwani, Dr. Ravi Bhatt, Devesh Chaturvedi, Ragini Srivastava, and Dr. Pranav Srivastava, among others.

From Saudi Arabia, senior admin Shoaib Qureshi sent his heartfelt message, saying,

The evening opened with a soulful Ganesh Vandana by Pooja Saxena and her team, followed by a vibrant sequence of musical and cultural performances that left the audience spellbound.

Welcoming the guests, Senior Admin Anil Shukla remarked,

“LCWW events feel like family gatherings where members work toward positive social change through diverse activities. We take pride in our initiatives for environment, water, and tree conservation, and in building a beautiful city together. Today, our reach extends to over a hundred countries worldwide.”

Program Director Rajeev Saxena expressed gratitude to all participants, coordinators, and volunteers for making the event a success.

Highlights of the Evening

The grand finale of the much-awaited LCWW Singing Contest – Season 4 (2025), curated by Rahul Pandey and Aiman Javed Farooqui, showcased the talent of the top 11 finalists.
The judges — Devesh Chaturvedi, Dr. Ranjana Agrahari, and Dinesh Prakash Goswami — praised the contestants for their exceptional performances.

  • First Runner-Up: Satyam Singh

  • Second Runner-Up: Himanshu Verma

  • Audience Choice Award: Rakesh Sharma

  • Special Jury Award: Aman Azam Khan

Two Young Talent Awards were presented to Aiman Javed Farooqui and Rajvika Ranveer. Winners received trophies and attractive cash prizes.

LCWW also hosted a Story and Poetry Writing Contest on the theme “Aur Phir Meri Shaadi Ho Gayi”, with the winners receiving shields, certificates, and cash prizes.

The contests were coordinated by Kavita Mishra, Chitra Venkataraman, and Rashmi Singh, with judging by Dr. Rajesh Kumari and Dr. Suman Mishra. The book “Aur Phir Meri Shaadi Ho Gayi” was also released on this occasion.

Adding laughter to the evening, Ramesh Dubey ‘Rameshwa’, Nagendra Singh Chauhan, Sachin Tiwari, and Junior Rajpal entertained the audience with witty comic acts.

A vibrant folk program “Bulauwa”, curated by Madhu Srivastava and Neerja Shukla, brought alive traditional songs performed by women.

The Friday Foodies Team — Pooja Tandon, Farheen Iqbal, and Anvita Manish — hosted an engaging interactive quiz that kept the audience on their toes with exciting prizes.
Group dance performances by Rajendra Singh Pawar and Anju Yadav’s team added colour and energy to the event.

In a heartwarming gesture, Manish Bhartiya led the birthday and anniversary celebration of 45 members, making the evening even more special.

One of the key highlights was the active participation of LCWW members from India, the USA, Canada, and Saudi Arabia, reinforcing the organization’s spirit of global connection and togetherness.

The evening concluded with a vote of thanks by Rajeev Saxena, appreciating every performer, coordinator, and volunteer for their dedication. A delightful Lucknowi-style dinner wrapped up the memorable evening.
